Welcome !
As an applicant or recruit you will quickly learn that joining the MA is not simply about joining an internet gaming team. It is more about joining a COMMUNITY OF FRIENDS. We are well structured and founded on key principles (known as tenets [insert link]) that outline an expected code of conduct for each member in our community.
Our Founders, Elders, Leaders, and Veterans closely monitor the environment to ensure that each recruit, member, and guest conduct themselves in accordance to those rules. We do this to maintain a safe, and positive online gaming experience for all.
It is essential that each new applicant understand that our members vary greatly in:
- Age
- Gender
- Race
- Education
- Occupation
- Religion
- Financial
- Political
- Sexual Orientation
- and so on...
As such, we must always TOLERATE and RESPECT the views of others even if we have an opposing viewpoint. We also value freedom of speech, and encourage members to discuss topics freely provided those topics and content do not lead to a growing tension, personal attack, or can be construed as offensive to others. We believe the overall harmony and co-existence of the MA community far outweighs any individual's need to be disruptive. If you can not conduct yourself with maturity, honesty, integrity, and respect at all times then you will NOT be accepted into the MA.
If you still wish to proceed, then complete an application form found here http://matureasskickers.net/m/roster/recruiting/ to start the process. We welcome all new applicants, especially real world friends and family members of our existing membership.
After you apply, it may take several days before you receive a response since we receive many each day. The MA Leadership will first review your application, and then poll our existing members for comments that provide insight into your compatibility within our community. If accepted as a recruit, an official letter will be sent back to you, and provide the name of your designated sponsor.
