Area 22

Strogg Attacking; GDF Defending

The GDF have captured a Strogg Slipgate and are about to make a major breakthrough in understanding the sinister technology. The Strogg are now determined to destroy the captured Slipgate before the GDF can uncover its secrets. The GDF must defend their underground research facility at all costs.

Primary Missions

• 1. Destroy the Jamming Tower Generator.
• 2. Once the Jamming Tower Generator is destroyed, a Mining Laser will be deployed. The next Objective is for Strogg Constructors to construct the Mining Laser.
• 3. Once completed, the Mining Laser will burn a route into the GDF Research Base, allowing Strogg Aggressors to assault the GDF-held Slipgate and destroy it by planting and arming explosives.

Secondary Missions

• a. Capture Warehouse Spawn Point (Strogg)
• b. Capture Comms Building Spawn Point (GDF)
• c. Capture Compound Spawn Point (Strogg)
• d. Capture Admin Bunker Spawn Point (Strogg)
• e. Destroy Service Door
• f. Construct Machinegun Nest

Tips

• Capture the two forward spawn points located at the Warehouse Spawn Point, the Compound Spawn Point, and the Admin Bunker Spawn Point.
