Valley

Location: Yosemite Valley, California, USA

GDF Attacking, Strogg Defending!

The Strogg are using a Contaminator device to infect the region’s water table with a morale-sapping psychotropic prionite plague. The GDF must destroy it, or let the Strogg turn the local population into mindless zombies, pliant to the will of the Makron.

Primary Missions

  • 1. Construct the Bridge.
  • 2. Escort the MCP through the tunnel, down into the Outpost and deploy it.
  • 3. Hack the Strogg Shield Generator, which will allow the MCP to blast the Contaminator building open.
  • 4. Destroy the Contaminator by planting explosives on it and arming them.

  • a. Capture Tunnel Spawn Point
  • b. Destroy Sewer Grate
  • c. Capture Reservoir Spawn Point
  • d. Construct Guard Tower near Bridge
  • e. Construct Guard Tower near Outpost

Tips

  • GDF can also gain Forward Spawns near the far end of the tunnel by capturing the Tunnel and Reservoir Spawn Points.
  • GDF can open alternative routes into the Shield Generator area by destroying the Sewer Grate with an H.E. Charge.
